Every day, the cat and the dog played in the garden. The garden was green. There were many flowers in the garden. The cat liked the flowers. The dog liked to run in the garden.
One day, the cat said, “Let’s go to the park.” The dog said, “Yes! I like the park.” So, the cat and the dog walked to the park. The park was not far from the house.

When they got home, the cat’s mother had food ready. There was fish for the cat and there was meat for the dog. They ate their food happily. The food was good.
After they ate, the cat and the dog were tired. They lay down on a soft rug. The rug was red. The cat closed her eyes. The dog closed his eyes too. Soon, they were asleep.
They slept for a long time. When they woke up, it was evening. The sky was orange and pink. The cat looked out the window. The dog looked out the window too.
“Today was a good day,” said the cat. The dog said, “Yes, today was a very good day. I like our garden. I like our park. And I like our home.”
The cat smiled and said, “I like you, my friend.” The dog smiled too and said, “I like you too.”
They sat together and watched the sky. The stars came out one by one. The cat and the dog were happy. They were good friends. And every day, they had fun together, in the garden, at the park, and at home.
